The pairing of Manchester musos Alex and Si Brad in the guise of Weekender has always been the most solid of bases for sophisticated, deep and soulfull house grooves. All I Want continues in that fine tradition. The trademark slick production and jazzlike chord changes blend with a powerful female vocal. The dub adds angular bass sounds and stabby brass for a more dancefloor take on the original. The instrumental Route 1 backs up the main track with its chunky digital synth sounds and spacey hits.
